Although they had a website and were generally happy with the branding and visual appearance of it, it was causing quite a headache when it came to its performance, being able to update it and generally managing the site.
The site had been built in a non-market leading software, and unless you were a developer yourself, it was incredibly difficult to update any of the content and manage the site. The business was evolving and the website was not reflecting these changes.
To compound these issues, the owner found the previous developers to be unresponsive and unsupportive of his needs and change requests.

While the site overall kept the same look and feel, additional brand elements were added in. The customer journey was streamlined and more calls to action were added.
We found better ways of doing things on the site, such as more streamlined functionality to ensure the site loaded faster – which is good for both prospects and Google!

The business owner was then fully trained on how to update, upload and amend content so he has control of his own website for the first time!

The owner is now able to update his own website with fresh and appropriate content. Again this is good for Google from a search engine ranking perspective, but it also means the website reflects the evolution of the business, and contains the best content for converting traffic into enquiries.
The functionality of the site and the technical bedrock of the site will stand the test of time and can scale as the business grows, making it a cost-effective long-term strategy for the business to have embarked on the rebuild now.
To top all of this off, with a few technical amendments, spam from the contact form has also been reduced, buying back valuable time for the owner!
