Henry Laker
Managing Director
Henry has over 25 years experience of partnering with clients to create creative, marketing-led solutions which deliver results and business success. When not working, he’ll be gardening, knife throwing or trying to keep control of his Jack Russell terrier. Never one for standing still, there is always a new hobby on the horizon!
Tim Rylatt
Commercial Director
Tim is a highly experienced business coach and has a real personal passion for marketing and sales. He likes to investigate buyer motives and create smart solutions to communicate towards them. When away from work Tim enjoys riding his motorbike and going to the cinema.
Juliet Rylatt
Finance Director
Juliet is the organiser and keeps us all in check. She loves planning, administration and providing support to the team. In her time off she enjoys reading, travelling and drinking prosecco!
Louise Fenn
Director & Marketing Team Leader
Lou is our illustrious marketing team leader. Having run her own SME for many years, she has a wealth of practical knowledge and is entirely results focused for our clients! She's always researching and learning the new marketing trends for our clients. In her spare time she can be found zooming around the Welsh countryside in her beloved Karmann Ghia.
Joanne South
Marketing Manager
Responsible for Growth by Design’s own marketing, Jo uses her honed marketing skills, having worked for some of the biggest digital marketing agencies in the UK, for the benefit of the SME sector. SHe is also a Director and business coach at our sister company, UK Growth Coach. She enjoys visiting art exhibitions and traveling.
Asher Melville
Marketing Executive
With a degree in Film from the University of Kent and extensive experience as a freelance editor, Asher now leads our video production efforts. He brings a keen eye for detail and storytelling to every project. Outside of work, Asher enjoys refining his culinary skills, or sitting down for a doodling session.
Amanda Ripley
Marketing Executive & Graphic Designer
Having been a graphic designer since 1997, there isn’t much in terms of business sector or design format she hasn’t seen and done. Anything from brand packaging (for the likes of Tesco no less!) through to print-ready brochures and online graphics.
Jack Newell
Marketing Executive
Jack has a varied and diverse marketing background; from video editing and web design, to social media ads and marketing emails. He has a particular enthusiasm for Google Ads and paid social. When not hard at work he enjoys all things motorsport, plays 5-a-side football and meeting up with friends and family.
Chris Good
Website Department Manager
Chris Good is a web designer of 20 years experience, proficient in WordPress as well as static and Astro website development. Chris applies deep knowledge of technical and strategic SEO, conversion theory and customer journey led digital strategy to every website project. Chris manages all web department infrastructure, resources and projects for Growth by Design, as well as leading design and builds. He enjoys producing educational content for web design, digital strategy and front end development on Youtube and podcasts.
