The owner, Colin Smith, was fully aware that he and his team lacked the time, knowledge and skill to handle the marketing of his business in-house. Derived from our range of online marketing services, we then created a marketing plan with tactics for social media to ensure that A&C was well recognised in the marketplace for the services it offered. Email marketing campaigns were put into action to reactivate past customers and promote front-of-mind activity for prospects that needed nurturing over a more extended period.
Regular blog writing with a strong SEO focus was used to increase ranking positions within the search engines, and our team were careful to provide a marketing plan that required a low level of input from our client so they could concentrate on their own business.
