Our work with Meers Legal Services has been multi-faceted, supporting both immediate lead generation and long-term brand building.

We began by leveraging their existing client base. A targeted email campaign was designed and written to update former Will clients on recent legal changes that could affect their arrangements. This not only delivered genuine value, but also prompted direct action – resulting in a number of enquiries from just one email.

To build trust and differentiate them in a traditionally formal industry, we introduced monthly client testimonial videos via YouTube. These real, relatable stories gave their audience a glimpse of the positive impact Meers has had – and why that matters. We handled filming, editing, and promotion, and the videos are now an important asset in their sales system.

Social media activity was another key focus. We took over the management of their channels, with particular emphasis on LinkedIn. Their company page connections have doubled and Meta engagement is consistently growing – with a steady rise in likes, comments, and shares. A strong start in just a few months!

While we don’t manage their website day-to-day, we did step in to improve the user experience. From refining the navigation to enhancing the visual layout, we helped raise the site’s health score from 79% to an impressive 98%. This will make the website appear higher in the search results, making it more likely to be found by prospects and engaged with.

Finally, to support ongoing growth and visibility in search engines, we undertook keyword research and developed a tailored content strategy for regular SEO-optimised blogs – an important long-term driver for organic enquiries.
