Capital International Staffing wanted an agency which they could outsource digital marketing services to, in order to improve their business results.
is a unique specialist recruitment business, focused on supplying professional engineers into the aerospace, defence, space and satellite, automotive and telecommunications sectors across Europe.
Their challenge was that, although they were the industry specialist in what they did, they needed to get their brand and name to the right people – both recruiters and candidates consistently. Marketing was inconsistent and sporadic, coupled with a slow non-mobile-friendly website, which all together hindered their ability to be as effective as possible in matching candidates to vacancies.
