A4 presentation folders are all the same, aren’t they? No they are not!
CS Creative Spaces has grown considerably over recent years, initially starting with small domestic and commercial projects to now being a business with a wider service offering and some very large-scale projects. However, throughout all of this time, the high standard and craftsmanship of their work has always been central.
Our brief was to create dual-purpose A4 presentation folders, which would be both a welcome pack when starting a new project, and something that could be used for sending out proposals. In both cases, the folders needed to create a high-value perception that reflected the quality of their craftsmanship and service.
CS Creative Spaces have a very clean, uncomplicated design style and this needed to be reflected in the designs we produced. They also work with domestic and commercial projects so we needed to ensure that what we conveyed both. Many of the proposals they send to prospects can be very detailed and have quite a few pages so the folder we designed and ultimately printed needed to have a fixed pocket that would hold multiple sheets within it.
On a regular basis, Growth by Design provides CS Creative with full marketing support including social media, specialist SEO blogs, email marketing, LinkedIn direct outreach, data exchange, and more. So naturally, when they wanted to have a presentation folder created they reached out to us to see what we could come up with.
The folders were created in such a way that the clean, uncomplicated design style of their brand, was perfectly carried through to the folders.
Their service values were included on the inside front cover along with their purpose statement and also images to showcase the type of work they do.
Besides the traditional insert pocket being included, due to the fact we knew there would be lots of occasions when the A4 presentation folders would be required to carry a lot of additional sheets, we increased its capacity and added a spine so that the folders can easily contain the large proposal documents they send out.
The corners of the folder were also cut with radius corners to make them extra eye-catching!
We met online to talk through the A4 presentation folders design options and ensure that revisions were understood so that the folders achieved perfection!
When the designs were signed off, we printed the folders on heavy-weight card, with a matt laminated finish and, to create an extra pop, we applied a spot gloss UV finish to the logo which looks and feels great. The folders were then die-cut to shape and made up by hand with a glued pocket. (The technical bit if you are interested!)
We handled the entire printing process, so CS Creative Spaces were able to concentrate on their business while we took care of the entire process seamlessly.
